How do I find the healing spring for purifying the horn in this quest, i have walked complete arround the area and the only thing I can find is a waterfall, in which I have tried to drop the Horn, but nothing happens.

Please help me.

Press alt when you get to the place with the green star on your map, you'll find a circle which says healing spring. Just walk into it and check your quest has updated

I think you actually have to click on the words (with the horn in your posession). Good luck.

yeah i struggled with this too, using the alt key makes it easier to spot the placve you need to stand in, and it is quite a small area

Use alt to see the healing spring at the base of the waterfall then click on the words to "use" the spring. Just standing in it is not enough.
